Every figure on this site is attributed to a publisher, which means every figure is checkable. If one is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it up.
What we most want to hear
- A figure that is wrong. Tell us the page and the number. We will check it against the published source, fix it, and date the correction on the page.
- A manufacturer specification we transcribed incorrectly. If you make or supply a product described here, this is the fastest way to fix it.
- A published chart we have not included. The wick size chart is meant to be the most complete cross-reference available, and it is not complete.
- A product that has been discontinued or has changed materially.
What we cannot help with
- Diagnosing your specific candle remotely. Wick sizing depends on your container, wax, fragrance load and dye together, and it can only be settled by a burn test in front of you.
- Product support. We do not sell anything. Anything you bought came from a retailer and their support is the right route.
- Sponsored placement or link requests. We do not accept either — see the editorial policy.
